The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Symfony developer with commercial experience for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, love what you do, and enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products and growth features. 

What we are looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience working with PHP
2. 3+ years experience working with Symfony 4 or newer
3. Strong, demonstrated experience writing PHP unit tests
4. Strong experience with DDD
5. Regular experience working with Docker
6. Familiarity with queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Amazon SQS
7. Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
8. Understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices patterns, and JSON
9. Working knowledge of Javascript development
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Ability to think and work independently
12. Commercial experience

Nice-to-have: 

1. Time zone: CET (+/- 3 hours).
2. Experience with GraphQL

Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of a team to deliver digital solutions across web and mobile platforms
2. Translate high-level requirements into executable software designs
3. Implement software solutions using Symfony / PHP programming language
4. Ensure all code is thoroughly tested and meets development criteria
5. Identify and address technical debt in the codebase

Salary Range: €3,200 - €6,080 per month
